For the child ready to take classes with a parent in the gym, this class helps to refine the coordination and motor control of a young preschooler with a greater emphasis on patterns and following directions.

Quest Kids 2:

This class continues to use obstacles and progressions to transition older preschoolers into more involved and advanced skills on similar equipment without the parent and focuses on having the child ability to do the tasks without the parents help.

Intro to Gymnastics:

If you’re looking for the best place for your school-aged child to take their first step into the world of gymnastics, look no further!

This class teaches basic skills, safety at each event, and allows kids the opportunity to set goals for themselves in a fun and low-pressure atmosphere. They will start to learn the basics at each event and start to be evaluated on skills which will be posted periodically in IClassPro.

The sky is the limit for athletes in Quest Advanced. For the athlete with an ambition for new skills we offer opportunities to learn more challenging skills and connections. This class is by EVALUATION ONLY.*

This class requires either an evaluation or a completion of our introductory tumbling course.

Quest Intermediate Gymnastics:

Athletes with moderate experience in the gym who want to continue to learn in a recreational environment will feel right at home in Quest Intermediate.

This class will place emphasis on connecting skills while continuing to improve upon and learn new skills.

Intro to Trampoline & Tumbling:

The perfect class for divers, cheerleaders, or athletes who just want to learn how to tumble, flip, and jump. This class spends most of its time working on skills with our 50-foot Tumble Trak, trampoline, and competition spring floor. We focus on the basic tumbling skills to build a strong foundation.
